Registration is $1,800 per attendee and includes all lectures, simulation and skills stations, pre-course modules, course materials, breakfast and lunch each day, and 24.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Group rate: institutions sending four or more attendees pay $1,500 per seat, invoiced as one transaction.
Fellows and residents in an accredited program pay $1,200 with program verification.
